Defect Listings

Through the defect listing tab, the management can create Job Cards to complete route cause analysis of the defect and then plan the necessary remedial action with instructions for inhouse site teams and outsourced contractors alike.
Over time the Job Cards provide an invaluable history of works completed for the equipment and allow process analysis for targeted improvements and budget spends.

Job Cards

Through unique identification of the Job Cards, these work instructions can then be issued as a printable document for inhouse site maintenance teams to address and can also be emailed as requests for tender for contractor follow up and completion.

Job Tracking

Job Cards can be filtered by type as in site planned or ad-hoc maintenance and by in-process and completed job status, through to plant section and equipment to allow management to review both the plant process and the maintenance team performance.
